The 7 mile beach is one of the best and the most beautiful sandy beach that separates 5½ miles of hotels, condominiums, and restaurants from an cobalt sea water. It is speckled with casuarina trees, and this is one of the most visited tourist spots at Grand Cayman. There is a best water sport facility in the area. It offers scuba trips and parasailing to windsurfing and jet skiing.
Lying along the Grand Cayman’s western side, the Seven Mile Beach stretches from George Town to West Bay. The sea makes up the boundary of the 7 mile beach and it is the principle attraction of this place. There are several salt creeks and harbors making it one of the most distinguished visiting spots in the area. Swampy vegetation covers most of the region in the east.
Governors Harbor, where a maze of normal and artificial canals is to be found, is one of the principal attractions of this region. At present a number of hotels and resorts along with a splendid Cayman Yacht Club is present. It attracts tourists and is one of the most appealing tourist spots in the area.
There are shaded pavilion, restrooms and a tiny playground for children. The park is an interesting place to visit.
