Is tourism important to the Cayman Islands economy?

Almost 70-75% of the annual GDP of the Cayman Islands comes from the tourism sector. Grand Cayman is visited by almost all the tourists who visit Cayman Island. The town is a major cruise ship port. The major attraction in Grand Cayman is the Seven Mile Beach. Little Cayman and Cayman Brac are the sister concerns of this Island, and they appeal tourists to a considerable degree. Art and Culture of this island are especially attractive for people arriving here. They are so appealing that people rediscover the lost glory of the island from these arts and crafts. There is a museum where cultural history of the island becomes conspicuous. Cayman Island attracts International attention and is one of the best places to visit.

Tourism is the mainstream economy in Cayman Island. There is a luxury market in the area. Here, you can see some of the excellent sea beaches, duty-free shopping, scuba diving and deep-sea fishing. The extremely developed tourist industry, a number of jobs can be obtained in this sector.

Apart from tourism, shipping, cotton production and fishing are some of the major economic pillars of the country.
